In this class, we will explore the wild, local medicines available to us through a short meditation and an abundance of spring medicine making. We will also dive deep into the spring energy of the wood element, common ailments that often arise in this season, and how to support them holistically. We will cover allergy support, tick bite prevention and treatment, detoxification, rashes and so much more!
